We use this information to deliver what you requested — your results, the worksheet, launch notifications — and to respond to your support messages. We may also send occasional emails about new tools and resources. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes one click.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Calculator Data

The numbers you enter into the calculator — your income target, tax rate, expenses, and work schedule — are processed entirely in your browser. They are never sent to our servers unless you explicitly choose to email your results to yourself. If you do, your results are used solely to generate that one email and are not stored in a database.

Cookies & Tracking

We currently do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this Site.

• Essential infrastructure. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance purposes, such as bot protection. These do not track you across other websites.
• Future advertising. If we introduce advertising in the future, this policy will be updated first, and any required consent mechanisms will be added before ads are served.

Browser Storage

The calculator runs entirely in your browser session. We do not store your calculator inputs in persistent browser storage — when you close or refresh the page, your inputs reset. Nothing you type into the calculator is retained on your device or on our servers unless you explicitly submit a form.

How Your Data Is Processed

When you submit a form, your information is handled by the following services:

• Cloudflare — hosts the Site and processes form submissions securely.
• Resend — delivers our transactional emails and stores your contact information (email and first name) so we can send you what you requested.

Both providers maintain industry-standard security practices. Your information is transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your Choices

• Unsubscribe — every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Deletion — to request removal of your contact information entirely, email us at hello@solooperatortoolkit.com and we will delete it.
• Use without providing data — the calculator works fully without submitting any personal information. Email capture is entirely optional.

Children's Privacy

This Site is intended for adults operating or planning a business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
